Construction or Conversion and Time-Charter of Service Offshore Vessel (SOV) Starting date: latest by: December 2025 Duration of the contract: 10 year, with extentions option of 5 years Area of operation: Northsea Windfarm of EnBW or affiliated companies The Employer requires one SOV for the transport of its personnel and personnel of its subcontractors as well as cargo transfer and associated works. The transport is mainly between the port of Emden and the offshore project in the North Sea. The vessel needs to be able to accommodate a minimum of 24 in addition to its crew and needs to be able to remain offshore for at least 30 days if the weather conditions allow. The vessel shall have a solution to safely transport personnel and cargo via a walk to work system or a bring to work system with a wave allowance of minimum 2,5m in standard North Sea conditions. The vessel shall come equipped with a gym, mess, and social rooms for the leisure time of the guests as well as a meeting room and a room for toolbox talks in the vicinity of the access system.
