Beschreibung

Credendo – Export Credit Agency, the Belgian public export credit agency, is the parent company of a European credit insurance group, with a presence throughout the continent. Active in all segments of credit insurance and political risk insurance, it offers a range of products covering risk worldwide. Under this contract, Credendo, its operating entities and subsidiaries wish to enlist the services of an auditor with the remit of carrying out the statutory audits of the annual accounts for the accounting years 2026, 2027 and 2028. This will relate to: • Credendo – Export Credit Agency • Credendo – Trade Credit Insurance (resulting from the merger of Credendo – Short-Term Non-EU and Credendo – Short-Term EU risks úvěrová pojišťovna, a.s.) • Credendo – Guarantees & Speciality Risks NV • Immo Montoyer SA • Holding CIS SA Place of performance of contract: Belgium, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, The Netherlands, Spain and Ireland. The purpose of this public procurement contract is to establish a framework agreement with a single economic operator for all entities and subsidiaries concerned.
