Beschreibung

The Contracting Authority is seeking a concessionaire to operate the ground floor and first floor of the FRAME building, located at Boulevard Reyers 84 in 1030 Schaerbeek, in the form of a business centre/media experience centre. The building is currently under construction, with delivery scheduled for spring 2025. The building will be delivered "casco-ready to let". The content of the services and the framework of this concession are set out in the technical clauses of the specifications. The concession will also require work to fit out and finish the building. The central objective owed to the contracting authority of the concession is to operate the building in accordance with the funding conditions of the ERDF programme. At least 30 media companies must be accomodated in the building by 31/12/2029. Apart from this, the Contracting Authority's expectations include the following, as set out in the specifications: - The private concessionaire will operate, on the surface made available, at his own risk, a service centre/business centre oriented towards the media and audiovisual sectors; - The concessionaire may also develop its own activities related to the media and audiovisual sectors; - To this end, the private concessionaire will formulate a proposal for a thematic orientation which allows an economic ecosystem to come to life; - With the aim of activating the mediapark.brussels project, the concessionaire will develop a programme on the ground floor that will be partly or entirely accessible to the public (general public and/or specialist public).
